Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for store credit or exchange on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and intimate apparel are final sale.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase; however, once the order has moved to our fulfillment center, we are unable to make changes.
